I need to kick this sluggish feeling ASAP!!

Good morning everyone, I trust Christmas was a nice and relaxed break for everyone?!

We had a great time visiting family, having Christmas day on our own at home and eating way way to much!

I am sat here this morning feeling very bloated 😬😬

I have committed again to doing my now annual challenge of walking 5km everyday in January. I really enjoyed the challenge last year, although not overly physical it tested me in lots of other ways. Finding an hour everyday for the challenge, for 31 days straight, is not an easy task. It requires plenty of planning, discipline and prep. There will be many days that the 5km will have to be done before work, or late at night after a busy day etc…but then it is a challenge and it is designed to test you!

This time around I want some company…I want YOU to come join in the challenge with me. It doesn’t matter where you are in the world, what your fitness levels are or your background!

Come and commit to walking / jogging / running 5km every day in Jan. I guarantee that if you really give this a go, make this YOUR thing for January then you will feel amazing in 31 days time!

I will be there, along with 20 odd other people in the group, to provide support and inspiration to get out there and get this challenge done.

5km every day in Jan is…

• 155km minimum

• 200,000 steps

• 12,500 cals approx

• Creating a new habit
